1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a campaign or project has been executed or delivered, the service is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Refunds on Cancelled Services
If a service has been ordered and work has not yet commenced, clients may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the stage of the project. Please note that refunds are subject to deductions for any preparatory work that has already been carried out (such as strategy development, research, and resource allocation).

3. Refunds for Non-Performance

4. No Refunds for Client-Side Delays or Issues
Refunds will not be issued for delays or issues that arise due to client-side factors, such as:
- Failure to provide necessary content, access, or materials.
- Lack of communication or approval delays.
- Changes in business direction after work has commenced.
In such cases, Edymize will work with clients to adjust timelines, but refunds will not be provided.
